He says it doesn't have a progressive enough spring rate. So it bottoms out a lot if you don't make it stiff then it is no good on the small bump. I liked the double for the same reason i didn't like the Bottle Rocket, it acts like a hard tail till you send it then it gives you a soft landing. I think i'm being too critical tho i feel that the bottle rocket and the double are both huck/jump bikes expecting them to be both a freeride and trail bike is a lot to ask of one bike.

Went riding anyway and the double is incredible. My buddy randomly ended up getting a banshee that day too. Massive upgrade from his hardrock.
